Karthikeyan B
Founder & CEO
Karthik has over 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. He specializes in budgeting, cost control, and design development.
He has worked with leading developers and consultants such as Sobha Developers, Jain Heights & Structures, Ozone Group, and Fusion Consulting. His background gives him a strong grasp of both financial planning and project execution.
At Buildspace, Karthik focuses on accurate cost planning and efficient project design. He works closely with master planners to ensure every project meets its design goals within budget.
Rejimon
Associate Director (MEP)
Rejimon has over 34 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He began his career with Crompton Greaves and went on to work with leading developers such as Bagmane Developers, B Raheja, Skyline Construction & Housing Developers, Patel Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, and MAIA.
He has completed over 50 lakh square feet of tech park developments, including full interior fit-outs. He has also delivered more than 5,000 apartments.
Rejimon was part of the team that developed the 125,000 square foot shop floor for Makino Asia Pvt. Ltd. in Whitefield and established a 40 MW power substation for Bagmane Tech Park.
